Hello, I am Samuel L Flyinghorse. As of Jan 2004 this page is updated with recent pictures of me. I served in a small Alaska Native village as a Village Public Safety Officer. The top photo is me with Officer Stotts in Fairbanks in 2002. It was an honor to serve with him and the other fine officers in the Fairbanks region. My experience as a VPSO has changed me greatly inside. I still consider myself as Police, Fireman, EMT, SAR and I desire to still help out people in need any time as a public servant. I consider the AK State Troopers and the Police as friends. In good faith and in the spirit of helpfulness I will help anyone in need. I will also use force to defend and to take life if necessary, that is why I arm myself. It's my participation in the Initial Homeland Security Act of 1492.
